Massachusetts Photography~Amherst

I recent went to Amherst to visit my sister at UMass. I was able to get a couple of pictures between lunch and the drive home. :) The filter I used was Instant.

The leaves are already starting to change in New England!

We stopped at this country market we love called Atkins Farms! They have the best cider donuts :)

What do you think? I'm not sure what I'll be posting next week for pictures. Perhaps my hometown?

DIY Washi Tape Pencils

DIY washi tape pencils are cute, fun, and super easy to make! All you need is wash tape, pencils (or pens), and scissors!

1. Cut a piece of wash tape the size of your pencil. (Don't cover the eraser!)

2. Place the tape along the length of the pencil.

3. Roll the pencil into the tape

You can also do this with pens and markers! 

New Hamshire Photography~Flume Gorge

Here are the pictures I took in New Hamshire! The landscape is Flume Gorge.  I used a filter called Transfer. These photos are all candids! I did not  intentionally position anybody in the following pictures!

The Gorge was filled with monarch butterflies! I was able to sneak up behind this one and snap a pic before it flew away.

We crossed the most beautiful wooden bridge, so I was able to get some beautiful perspective shots.

Next week I'm going to post some shots, (hopefully!) of Amherst, Massachusetts!

First Post!

The first post is always a big deal. There is always pressure to make it great. I'm just going to  explain what this blog will be about. I will be posting DIY projects, travel photos, etc. Hope you like it!
